Who we are

Warren founded Voyage to 1) reflect his ~20 years’ experience that scaling impact in Asia requires strategic initiatives, rooted in local leadership and partners, executing over a long-term horizon; and 2) to be a place that sharpened and inspired the best talent to change the ways they saw the world, and their potential to change it. His skillset merges strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, and executive management; all informed by a strong track record in strategic philanthropy across Asia, and a deep curiosity of Jungian psychology and leadership development. He has lived and worked in China, India and Australia, and holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD. Outside of work, you’ll find him carving on a snowboard, playing ice-hockey, or hanging out with his forever-puppy Kobi.

Jennifer joined Voyage in 2020, and has been leading the Education to Employment, and Domestic Philanthropy in Asia missions. For education to employment, she led multiple strategy and program design projects and is actively incubating a strategic initiative that focuses on building a local labour market data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights. On philanthropy, she co-leads the Research Secretariat team of the Commission on Asian Philanthropy, in particular focusing on domestic research in China, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Prior to joining Voyage, she spent 5 years on the Swire Management Programme (assigned to Cathay Pacific), leading projects in branding, digital & analytics, strategy, and people development. As part of her international rotations, she worked in the Philippines to localise the corporate strategy, and led a team of 30 across sales/operations in mainland China as Area Manager – Henan & Shaanxi. She holds a B.A. in History and Spanish from Durham University. She loves travelling and reading about history as means to see more of this world, and enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing and snowboarding.

Lucia joined Voyage in 2019 and leads the Urban Poverty Alleviation mission and our previous Disability Inclusion portfolio, providing end-to-end strategic philanthropy advisory for sector-leading organizations. She currently spearheads a specialised team for JC PROJECT LIFT, a large-scale social mobility initiative, overseeing its implementation strategy and evaluation. Additionally, she serves as a consultant for several Mainland China foundations and NGOs, driving strategic development and capacity building within the Adult Intellectual Disability field.

Prior to Voyage, Lucia served as a Creative and Marketing Manager in Taiwan and Mainland China. This experience equipped her to translate complex social and policy messaging into compelling narratives that ensure public scale and penetration. Her ability to deliver feasible, operationally sound solutions is grounded in her extensive field experience; she worked as a frontline worker at the YouthArch Foundation, led a rural revitalization pilot in Chongqing, and designed and curated numerous cross-border exchange and "smart volunteering" programs.

Lucia holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Social Policy from the University of Hong Kong and studied Human Rights Law at Koç University. Outside of work, she enjoys solving puzzles to recharge, visiting art exhibitions, and reading historical biographies to gain new perspectives through the lived experiences of others.

Annu started working with Voyage in 2025, where she leads the India work for the Commission on Asian Philanthropy. She has also been a part of Voyage’s partner network at GDI Africa since 2019, leading the place-based livelihoods portfolio in India. Prior to this, Annu founded Profit with Purpose, where she worked with several companies and nonprofits including Jindal Drugs, Philip Morris International, First Midwest Group, Coastal Gujarat Power Ltd, and GDI to build social impact programs with a focus on dignified and resilient livelihoods.

From 2012-15 Annu established the India operations for the salesforce.com Foundation where she adapted their globally successful philanthropy model to build a localised strategy and programs portfolio. She started her career at the Suzlon Foundation in 2009 where she worked in communities around the company’s windfarms to address complex, localised socio-economic issues. Annu has worked across 12 states in India and across Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Outside of work, Annu is a student of Carnatic music and Iyengar yoga, and also loves to swim, and cook.

Benjamin joined Voyage in 2024 as a core member of the Research Secretariat team of the Commission on Asian Philanthropy. In this role, his work primarily focuses on the quantification of philanthropy and domestic research.

Prior to joining Voyage, he was an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with project experience across the retail, insurance, and telecommunications sectors. He holds a B.B.A. in Global Business from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), where he was recognized with the Academic Achievement Medal for ranking in ~top 1% of his cohort. Outside of work, Benjamin is an avid player of multiplayer strategy games.

Edmond joined Voyage in 2023, and has been involved in the Education to Employment and the JC PROJECT LIFT missions. For the Education to Employment initiative, he drove early-phase strategy design that focused on incubating strategic initiatives to bridge youth from education settings to employment settings for a better upward mobility. On JC PROJECT LIFT, he drives the adaptive design of employment support for underprivileged families under a pay-for-success model, as well as the capacity-building fund to strengthen families’ capacities for long-term upward mobility. He also leads the development of a case information system to facilitate real-time project tracking and insight distillation.

Prior to joining Voyage, he spent 6 years in the Hong Kong social impact sector, focusing on education, youth, and talent development in different organisations, like Teach For Hong Kong and Ednovators. He has extensive experience working in social sector start-ups, with diverse hands-on experience in organizational capacity building and strategy implementation. He has also been actively engaged in different communities for driving human-centric impact locally since his university days. He holds a B.A in Government and Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He enjoys watching films, hiking, hanging out with friends, and exploring new interests.

Frank joined Voyage in 2025 – he works on JC PROJECT LIFT across programme design and RCT evaluation, and was part of the Commission on Asian Philanthropy team previously, driving domestic coalition building and piloting.

Joining Voyage was a no doubter for Frank, driven by his personal aspiration to address class inequality and reproduction. His passion for social issues is reflected in his volunteer work, which ranges from teaching in Vietnam, Taiwan, and Uganda, to leading pro-bono student consulting projects at the Cambridge Consulting Network–Hong Kong. Prior to joining Voyage, Frank worked as a Senior Brand Manager at P&G, where he drove 15%+ YoY sales growth for four healthcare brands. He has also interned at McKinsey.

Frank holds a B.BA in Global Business Studies (First Class Honours) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with double minors in Sociology and Statistics. Outside of work, Frank is a sports enthusiast, particularly in basketball and baseball (though he admits he doesn’t play well), and is always in search of peace through reading and meditation.

Grace joined Voyage in 2019, and has been providing the team with core operational support ever since. Grace has more than 30 years’ experience in the position of Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer, and she spent 17 years in Cisco Sales Organisation as Administrative Assistant, Operations Manager supporting Managing Directors and Vice Presidents. Grace has experience in operations, office management and event organising. Grace was born in Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese, English, Mandarin. She likes living a healthy life, yoga, movies, travelling and eating.

Mina joined Voyage in 2025, and has been working on using data to support JC PROJECT LIFT’s evaluation and design.

Before joining Voyage, she interned at the Our Hong Kong Foundation and Hong Kong Monetary Authority, with a focus on sustainability and economic research. She also holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong, in addition to a minor in Computer Science. When she’s not hard at work, Mina enjoys baking, catching up on TV shows, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is also attempting to learn to dance.

Olivia joined Voyage in 2023. She currently supports the implementation of evaluating the effectiveness of JC PROJECT LIFT.

Prior to joining Voyage, she managed a research project in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology studying the labour market development in elderly care in Hong Kong, and another research study in the University of Hong Kong, investigating the COVID-19 social policy and welfare responses in East Asia. Apart from academia, Olivia has worked as a journalist (locally in Hong Kong, Vancouver and outport reporting in Beijing, Wuhan, and Bangkok), for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (Canada) establishing communications between the provincial government and the Chinese community, and in the Insurance Authority in Hong Kong. Olivia holds a MA in Sociology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BBA majoring in Accounting and minoring in Psychology from the Simon Fraser University, Canada. Olivia loves to travel, watch movies, listen to, and play music, where she composes and arranges songs and is involved in a few bands.

Rainbow joined Voyage in 2020 and has been involved in multiple strategy and program design projects across the Education and Youth, Mental Health, and Poverty Alleviation portfolios. She currently works on JC PROJECT LIFT, driving program design and implementation, especially focusing on developing the role of Family Capacity Building Planners.

Prior to joining Voyage, she served as a Program Assistant at Philanthropy in Motion (Beijing), a social enterprise promoting youth social impact. She also interned at the Hong Kong Government Home Affairs Bureau and Asia Society Hong Kong Centre. She holds a B.A. in History from University College London. She loves to explore different art forms, from painting to pottery, and is passionate about dream analysis.

Sabrina joined Voyage in 2022 – she focuses mainly on  Education to Employment, while also supporting the Domestic Philanthropy in Asia mission. For Education to Employment, she has been involved in multiple strategy and programme design projects and is part of the incubation team that focuses on building a local labour market data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights.

Prior to Voyage, Sabrina served at an underprivileged secondary school as a Teach For Hong Kong Fellow and worked for the Hong Kong Policy Research Institute and PwC Hong Kong, where she conducted policy research and analyses ranging from teacher professional development to food surveillance programmes informing food risk management decisions. She also ran an indie local bookstore with a curation that focused on social issues. She holds a Master of Arts in English Studies and a Bachelor of Laws with a minor in German from the University of Hong Kong. She is an avid reader, a fan of many fields (anime, music, cinema, arts in general), and an aspiring polyglot who is trying to keep up with Japanese, Korean and German.

Summer joined Voyage in 2026 and has been working on the Education to Employment, and Domestic Philanthropy in Asia missions. Most recently, she is supporting the research and quantification of philanthropy resources for the Commission on Asian Philanthropy.

Prior to joining Voyage, she spent 5 years in the healthcare sector, working across the insurance, hospital, and pharmaceutical industries. Her experience was primarily in pharmaceutical consulting, where she specialized in value marketing and medical communications. She also interned at a local nonprofit ImpactHK. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Global Health from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, spending time with friends and family, and listening to podcasts.

Valerie joined Voyage in 2025 and has been part of the Research Secretariat team of the Commission on Asian Philanthropy. Her work centres on advancing action research across jurisdictions—particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia—and contributing to the Commission’s quantification workstream to strengthen evidence-based strategies for impact.

Prior to joining Voyage, Valerie was a sustainable finance consultant at Blunomy Advisory, a strategy consulting firm specialised in climate and ecological transition. She supported a wide range of projects, including sustainability market research, ESG advisory and due diligence, and the design and delivery of training programmes for financial institutions on climate transition topics. She also has diverse internship experience in impact investing, social entrepreneurship, and venture capital, in both Hong Kong and Canada. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where she majored in Economics and Environmental Studies. Outside of work, she dedicates time to developing theoretical knowledge and practical experience in psychology and mental health, and provides pro bono marketing support for non-profits and social enterprises. She also enjoys travelling and outdoor sports, such as running and skydiving.

Winston joined Voyage in 2025, and has been working on the Commission on Asian Philanthropy, in particular focusing on domestic research in China.

Prior to joining Voyage, he spent over 10 years in corporate strategy and consulting, gained rich experience in corporate strategy, project management, transformation and digital. In his consulting life, he worked for BCG and Strategy &, served dozens of MNCs, SOEs, and private companies, with experience across manufacture, FMCG, finance, high tech and real estate. He holds an MBA from Cornell University. He loves travelling, rock climbing, and sailing.

Xiwen joined Voyage in 2026 and has been working on data and methodology for the Commission on Asian Philanthropy.

Prior to joining Voyage, she worked with multilateral and philanthropic organizations including UNDP and UNFPA China offices, the Yidan Prize Foundation in Hong Kong, and the International Growth Centre in Rwanda. She also runs Mininfinity, a grassroots education NGO that supports rural education in Shanxi, Anhui, and Yunnan for eight years. She holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.S. in Mathematics with a double major in Chinese Studies from the College of William and Mary. Outside of work, she enjoys bouldering and watching movies.

Yoori joined Voyage in 2021 and has been leading research and data analytics in our Urban Poverty Alleviation and Domestic Philanthropy in Asia missions. For Urban Poverty Alleviation, she leads the evaluation team for JC PROJECT LIFT, where she has been working closely with researchers of globally renown academic institutions to design and implement RCT evaluation of the project. For philanthropy, Yoori leads the quantification efforts of Asian domestic philanthropic capital as part of the Research Secretariat team of the Commission of Asian Philanthropy.

Before joining Voyage, Yoori spent 3 years working as a strategy consultant at Dalberg Advisors in South Africa and Rwanda, where she advised governments, donors, and local private sector companies in agriculture, education and ICT sectors across East Africa. She holds a M.A. in International Development and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with honors and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Wellesley College. Yoori is from South Korea and loves to travel, hike, and bake outside work.

Kobi joined Voyage in 2021 and has been leading our therapy portfolio. He has built out several offerings in that time including lap-sitting, cuddling by feet, generally being cute and soft, a walking service (where he walks you) and tricks for treats. He says he got into therapy because he thinks relationships matter more than food, but from time to time, he wonders if he made the right choice.

Xi was the Head of Group ESG at FWD Insurance, leading their ESG agenda. Prior to FWD, she was a Director at Deloitte Sustainability & Climate Change team advising corporates, governments and NGOs. Prior to Deloitte China, Xi was Finance Director at Blue Ventures Conservation, a UK based environmental NGO that engages the coastal communities in alternative wealth creation and responsible fisheries supply chain to reduce their reliance on marine resources. Xi also has over 9 years of Finance & Strategy consulting experience from Accenture and PwC UK with expertise in managing sustainable change programs.

Xi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a master’s degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick in the UK. Xi is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, French and Romanian.

Mr Evan Auyang is the Group President of Animoca Brands, a global digital asset leader that harnesses tokenization and blockchain to power consumer-facing and institutional ventures while curating an investment portfolio of more than 600 companies.

Mr Auyang also serves as Independent Non-Executive Director on two public listed company boards: Sun Hung Kai & Co. Ltd. and Asia Financial Holdings Limited. In addition, he is a board director of Anchorpoint Financial, a stablecoin JV amongst Standard Chartered Bank, Animoca Brands and HKT. Mr. Auyang is the Chairman of the Board of Civic Exchange, a public policy think tank. He is an Advisor for Our Hong Kong Foundation, and serves on the Innovation and Technology Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Subcommittee on Ecosystem and Infrastructure of the Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development, the Development Fund Committee of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, as well as the Advisory Council for Institute at Brown for Environment and Society for Brown University. In addition, Mr Auyang is a lecturer at the Hong Kong Academy of Politics and Public Policy.

Prior to joining Animoca Brands, Mr Auyang was the Managing Director and Head of GLG International (Gerson Lehrman Group), a technology-enabled expert insight platform where he ran and grew its business spanning Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific across 15 locations. Before GLG, Mr Auyang was the Deputy Managing Director of the Kowloon Motor Bus Co. (1933) Ltd. (“KMB”) and a board director of Transport International Holdings Limited, the parent company of KMB. Prior to joining Transport International and KMB, Mr Auyang was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Before that, Mr Auyang worked at Citigroup’s Derivatives Structuring and Marketing unit.

He obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Brown University and his MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management.

Wilma joined Bain Capital in 2010. She is a Partner and the Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Choi was the Head of Human Resources for Macquarie Capital Securities Ltd., where she led the Human Resources function across the Equities business in over 11 countries in Asia. Wilma received an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She received both a MPsych and BS from the University of New South Wales.

Tor Mesoey is the founder and owner of Agnus Consulting, a Hong Kong based firm that delivers leadership development and executive coaching to clients around the world. He has been providing management consultancy services and developing leaders more than 35 years. He joined McKinsey as a direct elect partner in 2006 from a role as partner at Accenture, where he served for 17 years. Over the past 15 years, Tor has held multiple board positions – ranging from publicly listed company to not-for-profit organisation. Tor received a Master’s degree (Mathematics, Philosophy) from the University of Minnesota and has attended the Advanced Business Management Program at Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
