Education to Employment

Leverage real-time labour market data and intelligence to transform education and employment policies and systems for the new economy
Context
The global labour market is undergoing unprecedented disruption with the rapid development of generative AI. Workers with lower-education levels are at increasing risk of being marginalised, while the economy struggles to find the right talent with the right mix of skills for the evolving market demand.
Real-time intelligence on manpower, job, and skill trends and patterns is critical for designing more targeted education to employment interventions and to inform policy and system design.
Since 2025, Voyage has been interested to engage with strategic partners across public, non-profit and academic sectors to explore how education to employment and lifelong learning systems need to be redesigned to meet the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution.
Our previous strategy studies in technology education, positive education, youth upward mobility have made it clear that the problems faced in education are inextricably linked to labour market realities, and that governments, with increasing pressure to cultivate the talent required to sustain economic growth are paying close attention to solutions that can solve for both together.
